There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as the Seven Chakras. These chakras are associated with a color and an aspect of personal development and spiritual energy flow. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind.
In this workshop, you will learn how the state of each specific chakra affects your physical, emotional and spiritual aspect of your life. Various techniques will be demonstrated to balance your Seven Chakras and you will with your very own Seven Chakra Gemstone Kit.
