If you place your order online, your order will be prepared in store by a knowledgeable Crystal Sales Associate and will be ready for pick up within 1 hour. If a product is out of stock, we will edit the Order and you will receive an email notification with the change. Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email pickup notification. If you sign up for text messages, you will receive a text message with the notification.
